COVID-19 shook the world in many different ways, but the common denominators would be that it required individuals, corporations and everyone to adapt; this includes air transport. The dynamic and landscape of both private and commercial transportation has changed due to COVID, and as we enter the new normal era several large questions loom upon us. How can we ensure a balance of passenger and cabin crew safety with the economic/financial needs of air transport providers, and also what will the new face of air transport be in the new normal era?
